Handcrafted classic buttery croissants with a touch of tangy deep flavor thanks to our in house created wild yeast sourdough starter. The inside is light and airy and full of buttery layers that'll melt in your mouth with each bite. The outside is perfectly golden and flaky.
After baking, each is filled with a spread of fresh house made sweet and nutty almond cream filling, toasted again, and then finished with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and roasted sliced almonds.
Each croissant is carefully crafted with the finest locally milled and USA grown wheat flour, aged sourdough, and all natural ingredients.
