Order and Delivery FAQS
Deliveries are available straight to your front porch or office every Monday and Friday!
Our delivery route is grouped by location and arrival times are based on your area of town. Orders are expected to arrive between 8-3. We'll send you a reminder the day before your order arrives. Due to high volume we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
Order cut off times:
For guaranteed delivery, please order by Friday evening at midnight for Monday delivery, and order by Tuesday evening at midnight for Friday delivery
Based on demand, we may sell out early and close orders before normal cut off times. We ask that you place your order early for guaranteed delivery
Delivery is free to the following!
Irondale, Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Roebuck, Homewood (east of -65)
We request a minimum order of $30 pre-tax for delivery to additional areas including:
Hoover (east/ north of Galleria Boulevard), Vestavia, West Homewood, Liberty Park and Leeds
$40 pretax minimum please:
Indian Springs, Trussville and Hoover (West and South of Galleria Blvd)
We apologize for the inconvenience, but no deliveries are currently available past Hwy 119 on 280, past Ross Bridge in Hoover, or North of Birmingham at this time.
Other Things To Note:
During checkout, please leave special delivery instructions in the order notes section if needed such as: gate codes, leave in a cooler, side porch, text on arrival etc. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any instructions or questions.
You'll receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. At the bottom of it you can find your selected delivery day and delivery address. Purchases made with expedited apps like Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay will automatically select the next available day unless you change it during checkout.
Please make sure to verify your delivery address and date on the confirmation email and let us know as soon as possible if we need to make any changes.
We cannot offer refunds or credits for misdeliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
We will do our best to make sure your order is left in a safe place on your porch, but we highly recommend leaving a cooler or box for us to put your order in if there is no where outside your home that is protected from pests or exposure to bad weather or direct sun.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, order changes or delivery date adjustments less than 48 hours before your scheduled date.
Refunds are not available for orders that have been delivered or goods received. If you do have a concern or question about your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!

Please note that due to unusual ingredient shortages as well as high delivery demand, turn around time from ordering to delivery may be longer than usual, and baked goods are selling out frequently. We are updating our menu and availability daily!
