Order and Delivery FAQS
Deliveries are available straight to your front porch every Monday, (and Friday starting 6/25!) Deliveries typically arrive between 11-3pm, but may arrive earlier.
Our delivery route is grouped by location and times are based on your area of town. We'll send you a reminder the day before your order arrives.
Order cut off times:
Midnight on Friday evening for Monday afternoon delivery
Midnight on Tuesday evening for Friday afternoon delivery
In lieu of the regular schedule, delivery days may occasionally change to Tuesday or Thursday and order cutoff is 48 hours before delivery day

English Village & Crestline
Forest Park, Highland & Avondale
Crestwood & Woodlawn
Eastlake & Irondale
Edgewood & Homewood(east of I-65)
Southside & Downtown
We request a minimum order of $30 pre-tax for delivery to additional areas including:
Hoover, Vestavia, West Homewood, Liberty Park, Leeds, and Trussville
$35 pretax minimum for Pelham
Other Things To Note:
During checkout, please leave special delivery instructions in the order notes section if needed such as: gate codes, leave in a cooler, side porch, text on arrival etc. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any instructions or questions.
You'll receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. At the bottom of it you can find your selected delivery day and delivery address. Purchases made with Shopify pay will automatically select the next available day unless you change it during checkout.
Please make sure to verify your delivery address and date on the confirmation email and let us know as soon as possible if we need to make any changes.
We cannot offer refunds or credits for misdeliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
We will do our best to make sure your order is left in a safe place on your porch, but we highly recommend leaving a cooler or box for us to put your order in if there is no where outside your home that is protected from pests or exposure to bad weather or direct sun.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery date or order changes less than 48 hours before your scheduled date. Any orders cancelled 48 hours or less of scheduled delivery date will receive a digital gift card credit equal to the original order total.
Refunds are not available for orders that have been delivered or goods received. If you do have a concern or question about your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!

Please note that due to unusual ingredient shortages as well as high delivery demand, turn around time from ordering to delivery may be longer than usual, and baked goods are selling out frequently. We are updating our menu and availability daily!
