Our sourdough sandwich loaves are made with a few simple ingredients- flour, water, salt and yeast. We use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and we mill our own organic rye flour right in our kitchen. A touch of local Birmingham honey and milk makes it extra soft and fluffy!
They are available in 2 flavors- Traditional Country Whole Wheat and Rye Blend and 3 Seed Traditional.
Made completely by hand with our homemade sourdough starter that is over 4 years old, the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.
