Our signature sourdoughs are made with a few simple ingredients- flour, water, salt and yeast. We use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and oragnic rye flour that is milled right in our own kitchen! We know you'll taste the difference!

Our signature boules are currently available in 2 flavors- Traditional Country (whole wheat and rye blend) or Classic White Sesame. All of our sourdoughs are made completely by hand, naturally leavened, and the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.

Our sourdough is also available in half boules, sandwich loaves, baguettes, English muffins, and our weekly seasonal bread special (currently black olive!)
