Hi neighbors! Our bakery will be closed for a bit as we set up our new kitchen, transfer all of our equipment, and complete final inspections of our new space! We expect to reopen deliveries starting 11/15, but we will keep you updated if we are able to reopen sooner (fingers crossed!!). Our signature sourdoughs are made with a few simple ingredients- flour, water, salt and yeast. We use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and organic rye flour that is milled right in our own kitchen! We know you'll taste the difference!

Our signature boules are currently available in 2 flavors- Traditional Country (whole wheat and rye blend) or Classic White Sesame. All of our sourdoughs are made completely by hand, naturally leavened, and the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.
