
Our Toasted Coconut Lemon Cake is made with loads of freshly squeezed, tart lemon juice and bright citrus zest, locally milled USA grown wheat flour, organic coconut milk and toasted shredded, nutty coconut. It's finished off with a thick topping of sweet and tart lemon glaze and toasted coconut flakes. Best of all it's dairy free and vegan friendly (and you won't even miss the butter or eggs!)
