Every sandwich loaf is made in small batches using our in house blend of USA grown, locally milled whole wheat & artisan bread flour. We know you'll taste the freshly ground difference!
Carefully crafted and naturally risen using our aged in house wild yeast sourdough starter, each loaf takes at least 48 hours to complete from start to finish. The natural fermentation makes this sourdough gut friendly for those looking for a healthier alternative to store bought sandwich bread.
