Our signature country sourdough sandwich loaves are made with a few simple ingredients- whole wheat and rye flour, water, salt and yeast. We use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and we mill our own organic rye flour right in our kitchen. A touch of local Birmingham honey and milk makes it extra soft and fluffy!
They are all made of a locally milled whole wheat and rye flour blend and are available in 2 flavors- Traditional Country or 3 Seed
Made completely by hand with our homemade sourdough starter that is over 5 years old, the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.
