Hi neighbors! Our bakery will be closed for a bit as we set up our new kitchen, transfer all of our equipment, and complete final inspections of our new space! We expect to reopen deliveries starting 11/15, but we will keep you updated if we are able to reopen sooner (fingers crossed!!). Our signature country sourdough sandwich loaves are made with a few simple ingredients- whole wheat and rye flour, water, salt and yeast. We use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and we mill our own organic rye flour right in our kitchen. A touch of local Birmingham honey and milk makes it extra soft and fluffy!

They are all made of a locally milled whole wheat and rye flour blend and are available in 2 flavors- Traditional Country or 3 Seed

Made completely by hand with our homemade sourdough starter that is over 5 years old, the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.

Our country sandwich loaves contain dairy and wheat flour. The 3 seed also contains pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds
