Our signature sourdoughs are made with 4 simple ingredients- flour, water, salt and yeast. we use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and Asheville NC, and we know you'll taste the difference!
Available in 2 flavors- Traditional Country (whole wheat and rye blend) or Classic White. All of our sourdoughs are made completely by hand, naturally leavened, and the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.
Our sourdoughs are also available in 1/2 boules, sandwich loaves, baguettes, and our weekly seasonal bread specials.
