We've put our signature spin on this month's bread special!
Our light and fluffy marbled rye is a swirl of two delicious doughs- light rye that's lightly sweetened with a touch of local Birmingham honey and classic dark rye that has a dash of molasses and a touch of cocoa added for extra deep flavor.
Our freshly milled rye comes from regionally grown, organic, artisan rye berries shipped straight from our friends at Carolina Ground in Asheville, NC. They're milled in house everyday minutes before use. Can't get fresher than that!
As always, we only use fresh and locally milled artisan flour in our signature breads!
