Just a few quality ingredients go into this dough- a custom blend of USA-grown, locally milled artisan whole wheat & rye flour, our aged wild yeast sourdough starter, and a light touch of local honey, butter & milk for an extra soft and fluffy texture.
For our rustic 3 Seed, we also fold in a mix of roasted sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds for a delicious, heart-healthy crunch. Just before baking, we top each loaf with a thick coating of the seedy blend for an extra nutty, toasty flavor.
All of our wheat and bread flours are exclusively milled fresh right here in Alabama. Our rye flour is ground in our very own kitchen just hours before preparing the doughs.
