This 100% whole wheat sourdough batard features Appalachian White Wheat grown in North Carolina. Whole white wheat lends a beautiful, blonde interior to this loaf and is milder and slightly sweeter than the more commonly used whole red wheat. This is the first year that this specific crop of wheat has ever been harvested and we are so excited to bring it to your table!
