Our classic white sourdough boule is topped with toasty sesame seeds! It is soft, light and airy on the inside with a thin, chewy crust. Sesame seeds give it a slightly nutty flavor that's even better when toasted just a touch!
Our signature sourdoughs are made with a few simple ingredients- flour, water, salt and yeast. We use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama and organic rye flour that is milled right in our own kitchen! We know you'll taste the difference! All of our sourdoughs are made completely by hand, naturally leavened, and the process takes about 48 hours from start to finish.
