Every boule is made in small batches using only with USA grown, locally milled whole wheat flour, as well as organically grown rye that we grind right in our own kitchen just minutes before creating the dough. We know you'll taste the freshly ground difference!
Carefully crafted and naturally risen using our aged in house wild yeast sourdough starter, each bread takes at least 48 hours to complete from start to finish. The natural fermentation makes this sourdough gut friendly for those looking for a healthier alternative to store bought bread.
