Our signature Country Sourdough Sandwich Loaves are made with a few simple ingredients- whole wheat and rye flour, water, salt and our aged sourdough starter. A touch of local Birmingham honey and a bit of milk makes these loaves perfectly soft and fluffy with a thin chewy crust!
In all of our handcrafted sourdoughs, we exclusively use freshly milled wheat flour from North Alabama. To these rustic loaves we also add organic rye flour that's coarse ground right in our kitchen hours just before baking.
We know you'll taste the freshly ground difference!
