Each small batch honey jar is produced by honeybees that collect nectar from a variety of flowering plants found right down the road in Lincoln, Alabama. Alabama wildflower honey has a light amber color and a delicate floral aroma that's unique to the region. It has a sweet, but not overly cloying taste, with subtle notes of clover, orange blossom, and other wildflowers that grow in the area.
